About Us
We’re a locally owned construction company founded by two builders, Cassandra Manansala and Luis Vazquez, with a combined 20 years of experience in the industry. Before launching our business, we each led and worked on multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects throughout the Bay Area.
Today, we specialize in transforming homes—inside and out. From custom outdoor living spaces to full-scale home renovations, we bring craftsmanship, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to every project.
